Being the eldest of 7 children and born and raised at a ranch near
Meeteetse, Jake began his hunting career at an extremely early age. Rabbits
and deer were the preferences of the family's dinner meat. As he grew up,
Jake began to hunt the elk in the high country where his uncle owned his own
camps. During college Jake routed his hunting area further north in Because of Jake's abilities and his desire to accomplish the tasks set out to do, Jake has succeeded in the outfitting business. He pushes himself and his employees to provide his clients with the trip, which they have paid.
