According to the Wyoming Department of Administration & Information: When booking trips to Wyoming, be sure to use the services of a licensed outfitter. Because the qualifications and standards are so high for licensed outfitters, some people not measuring up to these standards and offer their services illegally at a lower cost. They can offer lower cost trips because they are not paying for liability insurance, the proper licenses, permit fees, and their equipment/livestock/tack may not be in the best of conditions.
Wyoming Wilderness Outfitters offer packages which will allow you to bring your personel gear as indicated on the suggested checklist (see links below) and we take care of the rest.
Hunting Trips start at $600 and go as high as $8000 dollars, packages depend on the species and whether hunts are guided or unguided. Some hunts are designed as day trips to hunting areas, so meals & motel would be the hunters responsibility, we will take care of the rest. We will pack all game out of the trail head and back to your location.
Summer Trips are personally guided by Jake and his crew. You will enjoy Jake's stories & personal touch added for each parties personal entertainment. These summer trips average $300 per day person. |
